Application Developer Remote Remote
P3 is actively seeking an Application Developer who will play a vital role as a middleware/back-end engineer, contributing to the construction and enhancement of Investment IT systems and applications. This individual will be responsible for the development and maintenance of small-scale web applications, Windows services, RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations. Operating within the Agile Investment IT team, this role places a strong emphasis on database and application development, fostering collaboration to bolster High Trestle Investments.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in application development.
- Proficiency in utilizing C# and SQL.
- Comprehensive grasp of software development best practices, encompassing Agile methodologies, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Proficiency in working with relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Sound knowledge of optimal approaches in dealing with relational databases.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes, particularly Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of standard SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), lean practices, and agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferably, prior exposure to cloud-based services and associated technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Strong expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API is highly desired.
