IT Supply Chain Analyst SAP ERP Des Moines IA
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced IT Analyst – ERP to join our client’s team! As the IT Analyst, you will work with a team of dedicated professionals to define product vision, strategy, and deliver outstanding experiences that drive business outcomes. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
You will work across functional processes (Retail, Supply Chain/Procurement, Merchandising/Category Management, Finance) to process map business functions, evaluate for efficiencies, identify change and draft current/future state process. As a strategic thinker, you will understand business drivers and define target state solutions.
In this role, you will build a deep understanding of our client’s business process and work with the system integrator to become an expert on how those processes will be represented in SAP. You will actively note opportunities for system improvement and escalate to the appropriate stakeholders as needed.
You will work independently and provide business direction, guidance, and decisions to development and delivery teams. Your ability to use project management principles to ensure efficient management of multiple concurrent efforts and deliver on behalf of project implementation plan that aligns with the company’s key business objectives will be highly valued.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with 3-8 years of prior experience demonstrating business analysis. Required skills include strong business process mapping experience and drafting technical documentation. Experience in Retail or supply chain would be a plus, as well as knowledge and experience with SAP.
We require excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, and knowledge and experience in agile and scrum development environments. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify impacts and synthesize data from multiple sources, are a must. As a self-starter and effective individual contributor, you will excel in a fast-paced environment while taking on diverse responsibilities.
