P3+Uplift is looking for a Software Support Analyst! This position is responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.


  • Collaborates with team on the design and documentation of business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications, and leads the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines.
  • Works within a team on the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) of Microsoft D365, recommends and performs application improvements and upgrades, and provides leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans.
  • Analyzes Dynamics 365 issues, researches potential causes, determines potential solutions, and resolves the issue.
  • Ability to understand when to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM native features and when to use custom development
  • Ability to design, configure and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions based on native features and complex solutions with multiple customizations, plugins, and integrations
  • Ability to build workflows, configure custom actions, business process flows and complex fields


  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1+ year of Application Development experience required
  • 1+ year of experience with technologies within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem (Xrm TypeScript, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerApps/CRM Portals) 
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM installation, upgrade and maintenance 
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate and PowerBI 
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio
  • 1+ year of experience with Azure DevOps
  • 1+ year of experience with Agile methodologies
