Are you ready to kickstart your career in software development? We’re seeking passionate and motivated Summer Interns to join our internal software delivery team for a paid, hands-on internship in Des Moines, Iowa!
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with our senior engineers on real-world projects for active clients.
- Gain valuable experience working on meaningful tasks that directly contribute to our success.
- Learn and grow in a supportive, professional environment.
Key Details:
- Location: Onsite in Des Moines, Iowa.
- Duration: Approximately 10 weeks, starting after the school year concludes.
- Eligibility: Open to current college Juniors and Seniors.

What will your day be like?
- You will be building software alongside one (or more) of our experienced software developers
- You will be expected to participate in agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, retros, refinement, etc).
- You will be expected to execute katas to help improve specific skills (TDD, Refactoring, Pairing)
- Katas are short (1 hour max) exercises to target improving a specific skillset
- These will be one way for us to provide feedback and growth to our interns
