We’re searching for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in business analysis within the Retirement business of a financial services company. If you’ve worked closely with HRIS teams and possess exceptional skills in business modeling or process mapping, we want you on our team. Previous experience with SAP is a huge advantage!

As a talented Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the business requirements of our HR team and transforming functional needs into innovative system designs that enhance our HR applications and drive outstanding business solutions. Collaborating closely with the PMO, project managers, stakeholders, and development teams, you will define and document project requirements, scope, system functions, processes, challenges, and opportunities to seamlessly implement SAP modules.

We are seeking an individual with extraordinary analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Your ability to effectively communicate the impact of system and process changes both upstream and downstream will be crucial. Ideally, you possess a deep understanding of business strategy and operations, with a proven track record of building operational excellence even in unstructured environments.

Proficiency in Excel (VLookup, Pivot tables, Index/Match) and Office 365 Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Visio, and SharePoint, is a must. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and previous experience in human resources is preferred. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and excel at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, this is the ideal opportunity for you.
