Responsibilities:
- Provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, maintenance, and support of all IT systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure.
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance,
- User support for PCs, servers, network, A/V, phone systems
- Performs installation, configuration, and upgrade tasks for IT systems
- Serves as a troubleshooter on PC, server, phone system, and network problems
- Proactively monitors the network, desktops, servers, phone, and services
- Manages the company’s hardware and software assets including inventory, licensing compliance, and warranties
- System backups, risk mitigation, and business continuity
- Escalates technology installation and support issues to appropriate dealership, partner, and vendor personnel as appropriate
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or practical work experience
- 2+ years network/system support experience required
- Experience with desktop, server, and mobile operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android, Linux),
- Experience with Virtualization (VMWare, Citrix), Remote Access, and Google Apps.
- Security experience with (firewalls, DMZ, monitoring, logging, alerts)
- Systems Administration and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to solve complex technical problems
- IP network management skills
- Good knowledge of network router/switch configuration and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Perform minor lifting of equipment, climbing or crawling to install equipment
- Some travel to company locations required
Compensation:
- $65,000 – $90,000 + Bonus and 401K
