Our client is looking for a right fit individual to join them and add their skills to their team as a contracted Desktop Support Technician. This client is looking for candidates that are in the Des Moines, IA area and able to come into the office.
A big part of what our client is looking for in an individual is someone who has strong communication skills as well as patience.

-MS Office 365
-Citrix
-InTune – is a company portal that allows windows devices under a company’s management.
Project you will be working on:
-Desktop Support across all departments of the company
Team Size/Structure: Medium Sized Desktop Team
Specific Industry/Company experience required: No
On-Call Requirements: No On-Call but could require some weekend and overtime on occasion
Travel Requirements: None
Interview Process: 1 30-45 minute interview
