About Us: P3 is actively in search of a talented Senior Software Engineer to integrate into our clients financial/investment Des Moines-based team. The role of the Senior Software Engineer in this company would be working within the investment space on Algorithms in their trading platform. This is one of the top teams in the company. They need a backend engineer that will be a central member of the team that should bring a positive attitude, eye for impeccable design, and a willingness to work on the next generation of web trading applications.

Qualifications we are seeking:
- 7+ years of proficiency in Microsoft technologies including C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and Entity Framework
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in building and integrating with RESTful APIs
- 5+ years in relational database development (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, DB2)
- 5+ years of expertise in mobile development using React Native, Swift, Objective-C, Xamarin, or Java
- Familiarity with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Rancher/Wrangler.
- Strong foundational knowledge in object-oriented programming.
- Experience in using GitHub for version control.
- 5+ years of experience managing repositories, artifacts, and orchestrating build & release pipelines on Cloud platforms, especially Azure DevOps.
