This individual will be responsible for providing a top-notch experience for internal and external customers via various channels of communication by responding to customer questions and completing transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and other channels promptly and professionally.
- Research and resolve issues, providing clear solutions.
- Keep contract notes updated for easy access by all staff.
- Use multiple systems and tools to find and manage information.
- Take ownership of resolving issues and providing information to customers.
- Collaborate with the team and manager to improve department efficiency.
- Maintain a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.
- Handle high volumes of calls and processing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficient in using computers, typing 40+ WPM, and familiar with various applications.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Onsite 5 days per week (Monday-Friday) 8:00am-5:00pm
